Returns and Refunds

1. Right of Return

At AMGRoller, we aim to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the product within 14 days of its receipt, in accordance with current legislation.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition;

  • Show no signs of use;

  • Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

AMGRoller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalised or custom-made products;

  • Products manufactured to customer specifications;

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

These limitations do not affect consumer rights in case of manufacturing defect or lack of conformity.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, you must contact AMGRoller using the contact details available on the website, providing:

  • Order number;

  • Customer name;

  • Reason for return.

After the request is validated, instructions for shipping the product will be provided.

5. Refunds

After the product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be processed as soon as possible and within legally applicable deadlines.

6. Return Costs

Unless otherwise stated or if the return results from an AMGRoller error or a manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product damaged during transport or different from what you ordered, you must contact AMGRoller within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the situation, the most appropriate solution will be presented, which may include product replacement, repair, or a refund, as applicable.
