After completing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. Order acceptance is subject to product availability and payment validation.
If any product is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and an appropriate solution will be presented.
5. Payments
The store offers the payment methods indicated during the purchase process. The order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment.
6. Deliveries
Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
Delivery times are merely indicative and may vary depending on stock availability, the carrier, or other circumstances beyond AMGRoller's control.
7. Returns
The customer may exercise the right of free resolution in accordance with applicable legislation, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in its original packaging.
Personalized products, custom-made products, or products manufactured according to customer specifications cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defect or legal obligation.
8. Warranty
All products sold by AMGRoller benefit from the applicable legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect use, normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications made by the user, or improper maintenance.
